Yes, we can change or cancel registrations up until two weeks before the conference. Simply email email@example.com and we'll sort that out. Once that deadline has passed, all conference registrations are final.
Sorry, no. Name tags are prepared for all conference delegates. You'll need to be wearing your conference name tag to access meals, sessions, and special events. If a name tag is used by a person that doesn't match the name, your organisation will be invoiced for an additional registration.
